Our standard studio hours are from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday. However, we can accommodate bookings outside these hours with advance notice. Please contact us to arrange. 

Of course. We encourage you to come in and view the space prior to using the studio. This allows you to get a feel of the studio and we can also show you the different layouts and backdrops available for your session. 

Yes. We are often able to accommodate last minute bookings. Please call us on 020 8629 3040 for urgent responses. 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. To receive a refund, you must give 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled booking. Please note that all bookings require an upfront deposit of 50% of the price, which is non-refundable.  

Our staff will guide you through using the equipment when you first arrive and will assist you with setting up. Staff will always be on hand to support if you need it. However, your studio session is on a self-service basis unless you choose to add on a Sound Engineer (+ £50/hour).  

Our studio is equipped with high-quality recording equipment, soundproofing, microphones, cameras, and professional lighting to ensure you get the best audio and video quality. Please note that the equipment available for your session depends on whether you choose an audio, audio and video or dry hire session.
