Our Cancellation Policy
Hot Desk cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your booking for hot desks, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
- Bookings cancelled within two hours of making the booking, no cancellation fee will apply full refund will be given.
- A no-show on the day, you will be charged the full amount.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled booking you will be only credited for the amount to use within 30 days of being credited.
- If cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking you will be only credited for the amount to use within 30 days of being credited.
**Please note all cancellations or rescheduling must be done within our opening business hours Mon-Fri 7.30AM – 7.30PM or Sat 9AM – 5PM.**
What is the meeting room cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your booking for our meeting rooms, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
- Bookings cancelled within two hours of making the booking, no cancellation fee will apply.
- 1-10 people: Full refund if cancelled 4 or more days in advance. No refund/credits if cancelled less than 4 days
- 11-20 people: Full refund if cancelled 11 or more days in advance. No refund/credits if cancelled less than 11 days
- 21+ people: Full refund if cancelled 21 or more days in advance. No refund/credits if cancelled less than 21 days
